About David

After developing and running my own successful businesses for many years, I became interested in investment and fund management. This lead me to Strategic Resource where I worked alongside John Sutherland as one of the leading experts in management due diligence in this field.
I had spent some time as a personal tax adviser with a chartered accountants in the North West close to my family.
Part of my expertise is analysing the skill gaps that a business requires to be successful. This skill is what I utilise to give an insight to potential investors in that business, how they are performing as a team and if that is the right team to lead them to success.
A fund company who is performing a thorough due diligence process on the organisation in which they are looking to invest. One that is open to locating the skills gaps and seeking advise on the best route to take for the best outcome for their investment.
I look at how well the top bosses are running a business that someone else wants to buy, and I tell them if they should and what changes they should make to make it work better.
